Julian “Jubie” Dwiggins was born in Stockholm to friends of my parents and was my best baby friend. He’s the only person I know who was born to Vietnam War Resisters and I really wanted to connect with him to hear about his experience growing up. Sadly, he has passed away so I am trying to find family members to talk with. His obituary is here.
